JMZ Realty was founded in 2016 in Surfers Paradise, born from a family's first steps into property investment. What began as a single holiday rental in the Hilton soon grew—one property became two, then ten, and the business became woven into the fabric of the local community.

As owners looked to sell, they turned first to Jim. His client-first approach and deep understanding of the area built trust, and the sales and property management side of the business grew organically from those relationships.

Today, JMZ Realty serves the broader Gold Coast and Brisbane markets, but our roots remain strongest in Surfers Paradise—the place where it all began.

Mark Zhang

Operations & Management

Mark joined JMZ in 2020, bringing a background in legal and IT to the family business. He oversees property management and operations, ensuring the day-to-day runs smoothly and clients receive the responsive, professional service that defines JMZ.
